-10% reduction in Recreation Center fee for all ages. New Libraries and Recreation Centers for a growing population. New Community Gardens initiatives.
-Community Civic Hubs in Town Centers for processing of non-commercial municipal permits and applications. Mobile component by appointment.
-A one time $200 A/C rebate for Surrey Households.
-Climate Action Strategy with Solar Energy, Rain harvesting, water conservation and heat pumps for Surrey homes and businesses.
-A Social Housing Strategy for Surrey Residents with a target of 300 Units per year in consultation with BC Housing and non-profit Social Welfare Organizations. Six units of housing per property for new developments and two suites per Single Family Dwellings with parking availability.
-Support to Local Law Enforcement for smooth transition and crime reduction strategies with Public consultation.
-Green City fleet including hybrid, electric, natural gas and hydrogen vehicle options for gas savings.
-Homeless Shelters, Detox Centers and Mental Health Support for the marginalized population in consultation with Fraser Health and BC Housing.
-Funding to Surrey Business Associations to promote business and economic development in Surrey. MAKE IN SURREY initiative for manufacturing industries.
-Moratorium on Tree cutting on Public Park lands. Preserving Green Timber Forest area.
-Skytrain extension feasibility study along Scott Road - 72 Ave - King George Loop as the next Skytrain phase with consultation with Translink, City of Delta, Mayors Council and BC Ministry of Transportation. A two (2) km radius Special Transit Levy on all new developments within the new potential Skytrain route.
-IT/Tech Hub and an Aviation Hub i.e. Helicopter repair facilities in Surrey for advancement in Science and Technology.
-Infrastructure upgrades and road paving plan for Surrey Streets.
- Pedestrian Safety Plan for areas around Surrey Schools.
-Upgrading Surrey Parks and playground equipment throughout Surrey.
-Reduction in timelines, approval within six (6) weeks for processing of Building Permits and Business Licencing applications.
-Smooth Transition for Commercial and Multi-Family Development applications with Social housing components.
