As a Chinese immigrant, Wil was enrolled into Guildford Park Secondary School where he worked hard to learn English. Operating small businesses means he understands fiscal responsibility. Active in his Christian church as a Moderator, Wil helps serve those in need with free meals, clothes, and medical services. He studied for his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at KPU.
