Party Profiles

All political parties in BC are represented on VoteMate by a profile. Party representatives can sign up to manage their party profile and add more details.

Details include the party's website, contact information, candidate list, policies, and platform.

Only a few of these details are filled out by default, so we recommend that party representatives sign up to complete the profile.

Policies and Platform

Representatives can sign up to add the policies and platform of their party. Voters use this to inform their choice come election day.

Candidates and their campaign managers can also add or modify their individual policies. By default, we use the policies of the candidate's party.

Because we have no reliable datasource for the policies of parties, we encourage party representatives to sign up and add them.

Candidate Profiles

All candidates in BC are represented on VoteMate by a profile. Representatives for a party can manage all their candidates' profiles quickly and easily just by signing up once as the party, or can direct each individual campaign to sign up and manage their profile.

Profiles include the candidate's biography, photograph, personal or campaign contact info, social media, and vision for their municipality.

Only a few of these details are filled out by default, so we recommend that parties sign up to complete their candidates' profiles.
