She and her husband raised their three daughters here, and through decades of volunteering, community leadership and two terms on Council, Sharon has earned a reputation for showing up, listening carefully and following through.

Her leadership is thoughtful, practical and deeply people-focused. With two terms on Council and a decade of experience working with the Province, Sharon understands how local government works and how to build the relationships needed to move West Vancouver forward.

As Mayor, she will bring a steady, collaborative voice to responsible growth, stronger neighbourhoods, better municipal processes, safe and connected communities, vibrant amenities, and effective regional and provincial advocacy. Sharon believes leadership starts with listening, trust and good judgement — and she is ready to serve West Vancouver with all three.
