a retired labour lawyer and long-time West Mountain resident, champions fair housing, sustainable development, and green policies for a community-first future.
Guy Bisson is a retired public service labour lawyer who has lived with his family on the West Mountain for over 20 years, and is active in the community as a volunteer and advocate for a fairer and more sustainable society. He believes we need thoughtful, reasonable and effective solutions to our present challenges in affordable housing, traffic congestion and development, while preserving the unique heritage aspects and green spaces of our historic communities. He also believes that the policies of the Green Party of Ontario will best prepare the Province for not only our current challenges, but those in the coming years, and that the Ford Government is taking us in the wrong direction.
“We’ve seen a decline in healthcare, education, the justice system, and environmental stewardship under this government., and too great an emphasis on profits for the Premier’s developer friends. Doug Ford is not making things better, and he is not preparing us for the years ahead. We can do better now, and we can plan and act now for a better future “
