Helen is a proud wife, mother and grandmother who has devoted her life to care, compassion, and community. With more than 32 years of experience in healthcare, including 19 years at the Deer Lake Clinic laboratory, Helen has worked tirelessly as a member of the health care team to support the health of residents across the Humber-Gros Morne region. 

Married for 40 years, she is a loving mother to her daughter, Wendy, and a grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren who inspire her daily. Helen has lived in Reidville for four decades, growing alongside her community and contributing through her professional career and everyday acts of kindness. 

Her story is one of loyalty, perseverance, and deep personal connections with the people she serves. Now, Helen is stepping up to bring her dedication to public office, with a commitment to advocate for accessible healthcare and to create communities that prioritize people first.
