We need to build a Victoria for the future. We have an immediate housing crisis, on top of a global climate crisis that is the defining issue of our time. We need to tackle the challenges of the future by planning our city today.

Work towards achieving the province’s target of a 50% share of trips being made by walking, cycling and transit by 2050.
Centre development decisions on walkability.
Green Space
Increase urban canopy in areas that currently have fewer trees & require all development projects to factor urban canopy into their planning
Zoning
We must approve the Missing Middle policy.
Housing & Homelessness
Affordability
We must work with all stakeholders and levels of government to develop new financing options for new homeowners.
Co-Op Housing
We must explore co-operative housing alternatives
Rental Stock
We must work with developers to create all types of housing units, with a focus on purpose-built rental.
We must upzone the Douglas Street corridor
Unhoused People
Our approach to address the homelessness crisis in Victoria must follow one simple principle: housing first.

I was born and raised in Greater Victoria. I’m a CPA and a UVic grad, and have been working in the music industry for over a decade. I’ve been married to my husband Emmanuel, a nurse and immigrant from Mexico, for 11 years. We live in Fernwood with our puppy Luna.

The best way for me to contribute to our city's future is to help guide its development. There has been a lack of enthusiasm for municipal politics & that’s due to a lack of vision for the city. I have a long term vision for what Victoria can become.
