Chryssy Beckmann was born and raised in Edmonton and would like to be a part of positive change to the always innovating and evolving world. Chryssy started in the medical field before taking time off to focus on raising her son as a single mother; working in Ground Transportation Operations at Edmonton International Airport, Chryssy is triumphant in a demanding setting.

As a new entry and new recruit to the Green Party, Chryssy is a strong believer that "leadership is an action, not a position." She supports the right to be proactive about mental healthcare, crime prevention, rent control, and the long-term effects that human activities instill. Chryssy's vision is to leave the earth better than when we found it for our next generation of kin.
