Macklin McCall is the BC Conservative candidate for West Kelowna–Peachland. An Okanagan local and former RCMP officer with 19 years of service, he’s focused on safer communities, affordability and better local services.
I’m Macklin McCall, your BC Conservative candidate for West Kelowna–Peachland. I’ve spent my life in the Okanagan, grew up on a family farm in Okanagan Falls and have called West Kelowna home for more than 15 years.
Before entering politics, I served for 19 years with the RCMP. My work included frontline policing, emergency response and working alongside a mental health nurse to help people in crisis. That experience taught me the importance of listening, showing up when people need help and following through.
During my time as MLA, I advocated for safer communities, better wildfire prevention and response, improvements to Highway 97 and Westside Road, and better access to health care close to home. I also served as the Official Opposition critic for public safety and emergency management, holding government accountable on issues that directly affect our communities.
I’m running to build on that work and help make life more affordable. Our communities need reliable infrastructure, support for local businesses and a government that takes public safety seriously.
I love this community and want to see it thrive. I’ll keep listening, speaking up for West Kelowna–Peachland and working to get results for the people who call it home.
