I've spent my career learning how to improve organizations. I've spent more than 40 years serving my community. I've lived in Delta for 25 years and I want to apply that experience to practical problems facing our city.
Reason for running

My priorities are developing on City-owned land (Paterson Park) an urgent care clinic and a housing coop for 500 families; reducing the Delta's operating costs by 10% using a technique called Total Quality Management; and, piloting a Municipal Ombudsman program for residents.
