William has spent over two decades making Vancouver stronger through building affordable housing and leading local economic development. As CEO of Brightside Community Homes, he has developed and managed affordable homes throughout the city for seniors, families, and people with disabilities. Previously, he was an executive leader at Vancity, including VP of Business Banking supporting small businesses, non-profits, and cooperatives. Now he's running for mayor to lead the building of a Vancouver for everyone.
