Born, and raised in Antigonish, NovaScotia, Charlie and Allison have four children; and are blessed today with fourgrandchildren. Charlie’s career started as a graduate of the Marine Engineeringprogram from the Nova Scotia Nautical institute, in 1994.

In 1997, Charlie, and his young familymoved across Canada in pursuit of work. Working with oil and gas, engineeringand construction in Alberta, this experience earned Charlie an opportunity toreturn home to Nova Scotia in 2002, to set up operations for a majorinternational offshore oil and gas OEM and service company.

Following his career pursuits, Charlie becamea consultant in the Marine, Offshore, and EPC industries, and in 2015, he beganworking with a world-leading supplier of ship propulsion equipment, supportinglocal and international companies including commercial fishery, transportation,O&G and merchant marine companies.

Charlie’s global exposure in industry andbusiness, gave him an uncommon view of the world, which drove Charlie andAllison to plan for certain inevitabilities, which manifested into hobbies anda lifestyle of working towards self-sufficiency. Fueling the drive towardstheir self-sustainability, are the instability of the global commodity supplychain, unsustainable Canadian and worldwide debt, currency and trade wars, andregional conflicts that could spiral into global conflicts and war.

Having unique political views for most ofhis adult life, in 2019, Charlie volunteered with a new political party. ThePeople’s Party of Canada was born from a set of principals he shares: Freedom,Responsibility, Fairness and Respect. The PPC Platform was precisely what hebelieved was needed for Canada, then, and now. Today, the other establishmentparties are adopting parts of the PPC platform, to form their own lite versionof the PPC foundational policies. The other parties still do not embody allthat is required to address the fundamental problems Canada now faces. Theseproblems have now intensified and grown by multitudes since 2019.

Bloated government, mass-immigration,reckless inflationary money-printing and spending at home and broad, to fundDEI programs, global gender-affirmation care, ESG climate goals, regional wars,which are the agendas of the WEF, WHO, UN, NATO, as well as various treatieslike the Paris Climate Accord, the Global Compact for Migration. All whileneglecting Veterans, seniors, and vulnerable in our society, impoverishingCanadians, eroding the standard of living, increasing homelessness, substanceabuse and mental illness, it is no wonder Canada ranks second to last ineconomic output amongst all industrialized nations, for the past 10 years.

The time to serve this Country is now.Canada needs leaders across all ministerial posts, to unwind the devastation toCanada’s economy, its industries, health care, education, housing, nationalidentity, global reputation, and national security. And this is not anexhaustive list.

Charlie brings motivation and commitment todeliver PPC policies to Canadians, including, but not limited to the PPCfoundational platform policies. With a PPC Government, Canada will becomeStrong and Free!
