I want to upgrade the sewage plant by the Lions Gate Bridge it is so out of date and run down it cant keep up with our population, and makes the lower Park Royal area smell bad.

More money for our community sports! would also like to create a youth football program and rugby program by Ambleside

My main goal is to save the tax payer money! I will implement my 3 step plan of 1) cutting basic union labor jobs and we will start paying market value for jobs. 2) Trim the fat off the Municipality, enough of having a top heavy organization of managers managing managers 3) With these cost saving measures I will lower everyone's property taxes significantly! and bring back common sense management of THE TAX PAYERS DOLLARS!

I would like to bring to light one of the biggest problems which would be the traffic on Marine and how I will solve it. If elected I would get together with the other GVRD Mayors and get the ball rolling with the premier to add another lane to the Lions Gate Bridge. Because I am tired of sitting in traffic on Marine just because the NDP government 10 years ago was to lazy to build a proper 4 lane bridge.
