I promise to change business permits in Nanaimo, business need support to keep providing services to Nanaimo. We need faster permitting process to bring more infrastructure to our great city

Economic Growth

I want to work with the residents of Nanaimo on what economic opportunities are most important to them. I have a strong belief that we need to work with our local businesses to help them succeed
Faster approvals and more grants to help local businesses stay in business so our economy can succeed.

Government Procurement

I promise to help and voice our major concerns to the higher level of governments to hold them accountable to expand on the needs of Nanaimo
I would commit to helping our city gain the necessary government resources to work on the major issues that Nanaimo faces and hold them accountable for those issues.

Jobs for young people

We need to help our youth find jobs create more opportunities for them to succeed and feel part of our community.
I would promote this topic and help council come up with plans to make this achievable

Small Businesses

Promise to stand behind our current local businesses and other businesses that want to startup in our community. We really need businesses like yours to succeed and be able to operate.
I want businesses to stay open and more to come to our great city we have too many empty buildings and believe they can be utilized.

Tourism

We need to promise and make our city more attractive to tourism so our city can benefit and succeed.

I was born and raised in Nanaimo BC, I deeply care about this city and believe that Nanaimo needs responsible decision making, accountable leadership and council that listens to the important decisions being made. I am willing to go to work for you in this important election.

I have volunteered in my community my whole life starting at a young age of 13 as a junior volunteer at Nanaimo Regional General hospital earning a 500 hour award for community service. Other groups and events I have been volunteered with is the Vancouver Island Exhibition, Loaves and Fishes food bank and Nanaimo Clippers.

I will bring a responsible, accountable and strong work ethic to Nanaimo, I want to hear your concerns and work with the residents on the biggest concerns to promote a better Nanaimo.

Through talking with the public so far people are asking for change in our city, I plan to bring your issues to council so that everyone can be heard and be responsible to address your concerns at the table. I want to be accountable to everyone in this election and make everyone feel heard. I want to help lead Nanaimo to the place it can be and be responsible for the successes Nanaimo can have.
