Brenda Locke has proudly called Surrey home for over 40 years, where she and her husband raised their family and now enjoy time with their grandchildren. A dedicated community leader, she has spent decades serving Surrey and advocating for residents while helping build a safer, stronger, and more connected city.

Committed to responsible leadership, Brenda has championed investments in police and fire services while keeping property taxes among the lowest in the region.
