My name is Danny Arrais, and I am a candidate for Ottawa Catholic School Board Trustee in Zone 9. As a husband, a father of three, a tradesperson, and a local builder, my goal is to bring a strong work ethic, practical experience, and a collaborative approach to our local schools.

My main priority is to support safe, welcoming classrooms where we give every child the opportunity to reach their full potential. This means listening closely to parents and teachers, cutting wait times for special education assessments, and funding more Educational Assistants to support students who need it. We must also protect student well-being by keeping screen time age-appropriate and securing digital privacy.

Catholic education is about working together to support our families. A trustee’s primary job is to be available, provide regular updates, and ensure the community's voice is respected at the board table. I look forward to working alongside you to build the best possible environment for our kids, guided by our faith, practical experience, and a commitment to responsible management.
