Rosemary Wallace has served as a City Councillor for three terms and as a School Board Trustee- but her community building didn't start there. As a mother of seven she has been volunteering in social programs, arts and culture, sports, environment and education for over 25 years.
She is dedicated to serving others throughout Langley on the traditional lands of the Katzie, Kwantlen, Matsqui, and Semiahmoo First Nations.
Reason for running

Rosemary sees the need to work together in advocating for affordable, diverse, and supportive housing. She also would like to work on comprehensive health care systems that address equitable and senior care and supports for those struggling with mental health.
It is important that we work on meaningful reconciliation with First Nations. It is vital that we look after local eco-systems and climate action.
Rosemary believes it is important to build a strong sense of community through building safe, accessible and equitable spaces to celebrate, learn and connect.
