Currently, I work for HUB Cycling as a bicycle education instructor. I have over 25 years experience volunteering on municipal and provincial committees for improved bicycle infrastructure. This background has been invaluable in understanding how cities work.
In 2016, I moved to White Rock with my wife, Cheryl, and our son, Tomas (now 13 years old). We wanted a community to live in that is safe, walking, bicycle and transit orientated.
A place where people know each other and connect on the street. White Rock is a great place to raise a child and then retire in. These are things I want to keep for future generations -- keeping the beach town vibe alive.
