IT’S OK TO DEMAND
COVID ACCOUNTABILITY
FACTS
The federal government has failed us for far too long, and this was done with Alberta’s strong support for a conservative opposition that did not oppose lockdowns, mask mandates, school closures, and other authoritarian sanitary measures that had no effect on the course of the plandemic. With millions vaxxed harmed, injured, and dead, the evidence shows that this was not a “vaccine” being injected. It was a DNA-altering gene therapy that was forced into our children and loved ones.
OUR PLAN
- Promote Evidence-Based Policies
- Oppose Authoritarian Measures
- Stop Taking Direction from the WHO
- Support Alternative COVID Therapies
PIPELINES
FACTS
Researcher Vivian Krause has spent years uncovering the well-organized campaign to land lock CANADA’S OIL, funded by American foundations such as the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Tides Foundation. Almost all the groups involved in various types of campaigns and court cases against pipeline construction received money from them.
If this oil doesn’t come from Alberta and Saskatchewan, it will come from elsewhere. And if it is not transported by pipelines, it will be transported by rail, a much more dangerous method both for the environment and humans, as we saw with the Lac-Mégantic tragedy.
OUR PLAN
- No Environmental Propaganda
- Repeal Bill C-48
- Repeal Bill C-69
- Streamline Approvals
- Approve Trans Mountain
- Assert Federal Jurisdiction Over Pipelines
- Keep Line 5 in Operation
ALBERTA SOVEREIGNTY
FACTS
Alberta has battled federal overreach for decades, which threatens our prosperity and way of life. From unconstitutional emissions caps to meddling in our natural resources, Ottawa continues to undermine our constitutional rights. The Alberta Sovereignty is a shield to protect our energy sector, our economy, and our people. We’ve tried cooperation, but enough is enough. Alberta will not back down. It’s time to assert our jurisdiction, defend our future, and ensure our voice is heard because this fight is about more than policy; it’s about who we are.
OUR PLAN
- Withdraw from the Paris Accord
- Set up a Department of Government Downsizing
- Fairness for All Provinces
- Reduce Taxes and Simplify the Tax System
- Focus Spending on Core Federal Responsibilities
MASS DEPORTATION
FACTS
The primary aim of Canada’s immigration policy should be to economically benefit Canadians and Canada as a whole. It should not be used to forcibly change the cultural character and social fabric of our country. And it should not put excessive financial burdens on the shoulders of Canadians in the pursuit of humanitarian goals.
However, both the Liberals and Conservatives have supported an irresponsible and unsustainable increase in immigration levels, which has led to an explosion of social, economic, and cultural problems. They are using mass immigration as a political tool to pander for votes among immigrant communities.
OUR PLAN
- Impose a moratorium
- Reform the immigration system
- Tighten the selection process
- Deport illegals
- Accept fewer foreign workers and students
- Accept fewer refugees
- Make birth tourism illegal
- Withdraw from Global Compact for Migration
TO PROTECT LIFE
FACTS
The People’s Party stands firm: it’s time to protect life, both born and unborn, with common-sense policies that Canada desperately needs. We reject the radical feminist grip on abortion debates and call for reasonable restrictions to safeguard the unborn while respecting mothers’ rights, bringing Canada in line with civilized nations.
On safety, we demand firearms laws that punish criminals, not law-abiding owners, ensuring peaceful Canadians can protect their property without fear of unjust prosecution. And when lives are at stake, every Canadian, especially women, should have the right to defend themselves against violence or assault, free from legal persecution. Life, liberty, and fairness: that’s our fight.
OUR PLAN
- Foster a National Debate on Abortion
- Replace the Firearms Act
- Repeal the Ban on Firearms
- Implement “Castle Doctrine”
- Fortify the Right to Self-Defence
TIME FOR REFORM | PPC
The People’s Party of Canada brings together common sense, populism, classical conservatism, and libertarianism to create solutions adapted for the challenges of the 21st century. Our beliefs are succinctly summarized in our four founding principles: Freedom, Responsibility, Fairness and Respect. These principles guide and inform the policies of the People’s Party.
A Bold Vision for Canada
Authorized by the Official Agent for Jason Lavigne
Biography
Jason Lavigne is a principled, independent leader who will give Parkland a strong and honest voice in the House of Commons. Returning to school as a mature student, he graduated with honours in law and earned his paralegal licence. His legal background and investigative work as host of The Lavigne Show have allowed him to expose injustices in our federal, provincial, and municipal legal systems, shedding light on where political influence and secrecy have undermined the rule of law.
As a dedicated homesteader, homeschooling parent, and private pilot, Jason brings a genuine grassroots perspective and self-reliance to his public service. Representing the People’s Party of Canada’s core principles of Freedom, Responsibility, Fairness, and Respect, he will not be silenced by party whips or entrenched interests. Instead, he promises full transparency: regular, plain-language updates on parliamentary actions, candid assessments of how legislation affects Parkland families, and unflinching scrutiny of government conduct.
In Ottawa, Jason will champion the protection of property and parental rights, work to restore trust in the courts and fight tirelessly to ensure Canadians’ voices are heard. With Jason Lavigne as their MP, the people of Parkland can expect a representative who stands firmly for their interests, safeguarding the future of their families and community by forging a more accountable, just, and free Canada.
Reason for running
Long driven by a desire to serve the public and improve Canadians’ lives, Jason launched his first independent campaign for federal office in July 2022 from his homestead. Starting in September 2022, he expanded his advocacy and transparency efforts by becoming an independent journalist, live-streaming daily coverage of the Public Order Emergency Commission—a venture that would evolve into The Lavigne Show.
In November 2024, Jason announced his candidacy under the People’s Party of Canada (PPC) banner for Parkland, Alberta, building a committed grassroots team united by a common vision of restoring accountability and trust in Parliament. With deep roots in technology, law, entrepreneurship, and community-led initiatives, Jason brings a well-rounded, principled approach to public service, aiming to foster genuine collaboration, champion local voices, and ensure that government once again works for everyday Canadians.
