Our cities and infrastructure can not keep up with the rate that immigration keeps going at. This has caused needless competition between Canadians and new arrivals for employment, housing, education, and so on. Canadians deserve priority recognition and treatment in their own country.
Homeless Canadians are marginalized and incorrectly 'helped.' The importance of understanding mental health and addiction as they relate to homelessness needs to be amplified.
It is the same leadership that continues to divide us who sent our veterans overseas. They were tasked with fighting in foreign conflicts that had nothing to do with our sovereignty as a nation. Every veteran deserves the recognition, respect and support of their community and country.
Uplift every Canadian in every way possible. No person is beyond helping and saving. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Every one of us believes we are worthy of help and support. It is fundamental to apply this same logic to others, even when they might not have the same perception of themselves.
