Electing Spencer will bring fresh energy and a youth-driven perspective to Burnaby-Centre. His proven dedication to sustainability and community well-being makes him the ideal candidate to advance meaningful change across British Columbia.

Spencer is a passionate climate activist and a committed student at the University of Victoria, where he is studying to become a music educator. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the UVic Greens, working to build grassroots support for urgent climate action among his peers. His leadership in this capacity highlights his dedication to fostering sustainable communities and championing environmental justice.

Growing up in Metro Vancouver, Spencer developed a deep connection to the diverse communities that make up Burnaby-Centre. His involvement in local arts, particularly as a musician trained at the BC Conservatory of Music, has given him a broad appreciation for the cultural and social fabric of the region. This connection drives his advocacy for policies that protect the environment while supporting local culture and the economy.
