He’s worked with elected officials, public institutions and NGOs around the world to promote and defend democracy and civic engagement while reimagining political leadership to solve the most pressing challenges of our time.

A leader in the tech sector for more than a decade, Jordan has worked for organizations ranging from multinational corporations to early-stage startups. Previously, he served as a senior advisor to several BC cabinet ministers, including the Minister of Community, Sport and Cultural Development, and the Minister of State for Seniors.

An active volunteer in his community, Jordan has served on the boards of Cuso International, the Immigrant Services Society of BC, and the Canadian Black Policy Network, reflecting his passion for community building, social inclusion, and economic development and his commitment to empowering marginalized and underserved communities. He’s also served as an advisory board member for Movement, a nonprofit advocating for better public transit across Metro Vancouver, and served on the City of Vancouver’s Independent Election Task Force exploring how to increase voter turnout and engagement in municipal elections.

Jordan has lived in west Maple Ridge for the past seven years and believes strongly that Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows deserve better transportation, infrastructure and schools that keep up with our fast-growing communities, reliable access to quality health care, and a compassionate and effective response to public safety, homelessness and addiction that that keeps our streets safe while supporting the most vulnerable. As an entrepreneur and business owner, he wants BC to be the best place in Canada to live, work and invest.
