Willy Sinconegue is a finance professional with 47 years of experience and a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines. As President of the Richmond Bayanihan Society of BC, he has expanded support for disadvantaged students, multicultural programs, family services, youth mentorship, and partnerships between schools and community organizations.

SAFE, ACCEPTING, AND WELCOMING SCHOOLS:

• Create a Special Needs Advisory Committee supporting families of students with autism, ADHD, or dyslexia.

• Make bullying a priority through a clear district-wide policy drawing on the Abbotsford model, with consistent implementation and meaningful consequences.

• Support newcomers and students transferring from other schools through youth mentorship, school-family partnerships, family services, and a welcoming school environment.
