Father of two in our school system, with family members teaching, I bring a balanced, firsthand view focused on students' learning and wellbeing.

Reason for running

submitted by the candidate or their team
I've seen how neurodiversity & classroom management strain outcomes. When students struggled writing a 1-page report the response was switching to verbal instead of building skills. I'll push for support and training that raises the ceiling not workarounds that lower expectations
