Affordability

Affordable Housing that Pays for Itself!

When you become a CO-OP Coalition member, you are part owner in manufacturing affordable housing, allowing you to own your house. Once the loan is repaid, the dividends help you pay off your loan.

Establish the Co-Op Coalition for Affordable Housing, Health Care, and Food Banks to obtain a $1.8 Billion Housing Bond

All Toronto Not-for-Profit Housing, Homelessness, Mental Health, Youth, and Women's Shelters organization need to join the Senator Group of private company members to enable the $1.8 billion bond to build a mega factory and produce the 21,600 net-zero, heat pump, hydroponic houses annually

SNIEDZINS4MAYOR WANTS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, WHETHER PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR FINANCIAL

Do I have the qualifications to be Toronto's Mayor?

Having spent 18 years in Senior managerial positions with Xerox, from regional to International positions in Sales, Customer Service, Program Productivity Development, Product Manufacturing Development, and National Training, then resigning to organize an Mt. Everest expedition to raise funds and international recognition for Rett Syndrome Charity, patented educational software that enables students to learn 32.3% better over traditional learning methods, taken my company Mount Knowledge public on the US stock market, and working with charity and community organizations over 30 years gives Erwin the depth and breadth of experience to help the people of Toronto with affordable housing, TTC safety, homelessness, lowering greenhouse gas emissions, EV transportation and increase Toronto’s revenues to pay of the city’s $1.5 billion in debt without raising taxes.

Sniedzins4mayor will introduce the CO-OP MEMBERSHIP coalition with a RENT-TO-OWN program enabling people to own their homes in about 12 years, made possible from the dividends produced by the mega housing factory and not-for-profit shareholders.

2. TTC safety and Transportation affordability

Install platform barriers within 9 months, Up Grade FREE Wi-Fi, install loudspeakers & a panic light with existing TTC cameras so that when a good Samaritan alerts TTC via WiFi, the security operator can See something and over the loudspeaker can Say Something in a loud authoritarian voice. “WE SEE YOU! STOP IMMEDIATELY! THE POLICE ARE COMING TO GET YOU!”

Sniedzins4mayor will revamp the TTC into the 22nd century with electric vehicles (EV) of shuttle buses and robocar/taxis and sell off the $3 to $6 million streetcars, tracks, wires, and the $300,000 to $800,000 buses to buy Tesla’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) transportation (TAIT) software for 2000 Tesla EV shuttle buses and 3000 Tesla TTC robotaxis saving the city ONE BILLION DOLLARS in eight years. The existing TTC drivers will transition into driving and monitoring the autonomous Tesla vehicles while providing TTC Uber-like door-to-door services for Seniors, children, special needs and vulnerable women. Toronto will have about 8000 TTC autonomous electric vehicles as well as the existing subway system.

The TAIT system will cost about .10 cents per mile for standard TTC shared services and .30 cents per mile for deluxe.

3. Lower Green House Gas and save Toronto $60 million annually

Sniedzins4mayor will revamp the City’s waste management system that collects about 900,000 tonnes of garbage by eliminating separate garbage collection, sorting and trucking the waste to landfills in the London or USA areas at about $70 per ton by picking up all garbage, compressing it into ONE-ton odourless bags which are feed into thermal gasifiers where the energy is released into FUEL CELLS producing 100 MW of clean electricity to support 60,000 homes and about 10% residue that is used for road pavements. The process will save the City about $60 million annually while reducing GHG by about 23%.
