I will put forward motion to require developers to designate 20% of building units for below-market rentals.

I will advocate for building a new homeless shelter in our city as the present one has been full since it opened.

Safe spaces that provide low cost, accessible health and wellness programs and services for all ages and abilities.

I have lived in Coquitlam for the past nine years with my wife, Miho Kitamoto and our dog Kingsley and love my city and community. I have a BA in Political Science from the University of Calgary and presently work at a logistics company part-time as a package handler in Delta.

Reason for running

I am running to get affordable housing built in my city and we need 20% affordable housing in all new developments in Coquitlam. I am also committed to advancing truth and reconciliation in Coquitlam through educational programs and integrated partnerships.

People should vote for me because Coquitlam residents and businesses deserve realistic initiatives and projects that support their needs of convenient and reliable public transportation, alternative routes to ease the burden of congestion and pollution, and public education and support for disaster and emergency services.
