As a Port Moody business owner with a law firm in Suter Brook, and as an engaged, family-oriented, community member, I will bring a fresh perspective and balanced approach to city council. I understand the needs of Port Moody and will work hard to ensure they are met. My goal is to utilize the skills that I have developed -- both while practicing law over the last eight years and owning and operating my own law firm -- to strengthen and support Port Moody’s city council.
My top 3 priorities are:
1. Respectful governance on council
2. Infrastructure that meets Port Moody's needs
3. Well-thought-out strategic development
I am also an enthusiastic supporter of the heritage and culture of Port Moody. It's a personal goal of mine to ensure there is space, funding, and a commitment from council to support future growth of our arts programs, facilities, and infrastructure. As working parents to two young children, my wife and I understand the needs of young families in our community. I am passionate about helping others and enjoy volunteering at the Port Moody Ribfest and sitting on the board of Directors for both Mothers and Mentors CA, and the Coquitlam Heritage Society.
I hope I can count on your support, and vote, on October 15th
