Victor Espinoza resides in Ladner. He is the father of 3 young children, 2 of which attend Delta public schools.
He has been a high school teacher for 21 years. Victor is also very involved in the local community - coaching Soccer, Baseball and Karate.

"I believe public schools are the cornerstone our democratic society and communities.  Every student should have the chance to excel and perform to the best of their abilities."
