Je m’appelle Martin Grenier et je suis candidat pour représenter notre circonscription de Saint-Hyacinthe—Bagot—Acton.

Fort de plus de 20 ans d’expérience en gestion des ressources humaines, je suis passionné par l’idée de contribuer à l’amélioration de notre société. Ce qui me motive à me faire élire, c’est ma volonté de défendre les valeurs qui me tiennent à coeur : l’équité, la diversité et l’inclusion. Je crois fermement que chaque voix compte et que nous avons tous un rôle à jouer dans la construction d’un avenir meilleur.

Au cours de ma carrière, j’ai eu l’opportunité de travailler dans divers domaines des ressources humaines, notamment en relations de travail, en acquisition de talents et en développement organisationnel. J’ai également été Directeur d’Organisation de Campagne électorale au provincial dans la circonscription de Laurier-Dorion à Montréal, où j’ai développé des compétences en analyse stratégique et en leadership. Mon engagement de militant et de bénévole, notamment au sein du HLM Place-de-Rive, du Répit des Petits amis de l’est et différentes autres organisa????ons communautaires et associations d’affaires, témoigne de ma volonté d’apporter un impact positif dans ma communauté.

Si je suis élu, j’espère réaliser des initiatives qui favoriseront le développement durable et l’entrepreneuriat au Québec. Je souhaite également promouvoir des politiques qui soutiennent l’éducation dans les 2 langues, valorise la langue française au Québec et hors-Québec et l’inclusion sociale. Ma vision pour notre circonscription et pour le Canada est celle d’une société où chacun a accès aux mêmes opportunités, où les cultures québécoises et canadiennes sont célébrées et où les droits de tous sont respectés. J’aspire également à devenir Critique du travail dans le Cabinet Fantôme du PVC pour aider à développer des positions politiques cohérentes.

Je suis convaincu que mon expérience, ma passion et mon engagement envers notre communauté me permetiront de contribuer efficacement à notre avenir collectif.
