Born in Portugal and arrived in Quebec in 1970, Lucilla holds a Bachelor of Science degree. She was part of the student committee of the AGEEFEP association at the University of Montreal. She was also an experienced radio host, but it is in the health field that Lucilia has blossomed. She is a specialized educator and has worked for many years as a health and social services auxiliary in home care and as a beneficiary attendant in the CHSLD .
