Working for Chilliwack-Kent
Patti MacAhonic’s roles as Executive Director of the BC Wildlife Federation, Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce, in the forestry and mining industries, and with the Ann Davis Transition Society have given her a wealth of experience and made her committed to making a sustainable difference for our people and our planet.
She has leadership experience gained through non-profit, intergovernmental, and business organizations. From initiating a volunteer Fire Department to securing agreement with the National Food Bank for ongoing shipments of nutritious food to a 6000 person community, commitment to positive change continues to be her goal.
Patti was nominated for the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award, recognized as a Community Leader through the Minerva Foundation, awarded the 2014 Distinguished Alumni Award and has been in the top 40 alumni over the past 40 years at the University of the Fraser Valley.
From years of experience in the Chilliwack community, Patti knows that people are paying more and getting less, and she intends to change that.
That is why Patti is committed to electing a John Horgan BC NDP government. Patti and John Horgan will ensure that the voices and concerns of people in Chilliwack-Kent are heard and addressed. It’s time for change. Let’s elect a government that will put the needs of Chilliwack-Kent and all British Columbians first.
